Through years of R&D and clinical application practices, Hangzhou Matridx has developed an automated Library prep instrument, becomes the only one company who can provide the microbial mNGS full automation solution in China, We have obtained nearly 20 patents, we have very close business relationships with Top Clinical institutions such as Peking Union Medical College Hospital, Huashan Hospital of the Shanghai FuDan University, Guangzhou Institute of Respiratory Health,? to build the AI diagnosis system based on Big Database. 2019
- Hangzhou Matridx Biotechnology Co., Ltd. was established on Feb, 2019

2020
- In February 2020, participating in the Emergency scientific research project of epidemic prevention and control for against covid19 pandemic from Ministry of Science and Technology of the People's Republic of China
- In March 2020, Participating in the project of “Clinical study of the combination of favipiravir and tocilizumab”.Assist to build the local mNGS solution in Wuhan Jinyintan hospital, provide the rapid and precise diagnosis and treatment decisions for patients
- Recognized as "National Technology-based Small and Medium-sized Enterprise"
- Launched NGSmaster automated Library prep instrument, and Build the Labs for local mNGS in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Nanjiang, Wuhan, Hefei
- On Nov. 9th, Hangzhou Matridx Biotechnology Co Ltd signed a strategic agreement with Illumina at the 3rd China International Import Expo. the two parties will agree to provide a local mNGS solution in China by using the NGSmaster library preparation system and NextSeq?550Dx sequencer.
